Foundation and Clarity: We first get very clear on the journey. We next go over S.M.A.R.T. objectives, outline our WOOP approach (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan), build powerful affirmations, and cultivate a winning mindset!

Step: #2

Mindset Shifts

Our goals in this phase are to dismantle limiting beliefs and create empowering new ones. We apply growth mindset ideas with visualization, and we also do problem-solving exercises and so much more.

Habit Formation

Creating dynamic habits is our main goal during this stage. Understanding "the two-minute rule," habit stacking, and the "Habit loop" (cue, craving, response, reward) are just a few of the topics we cover.

I'm Clint Walker


Hello and welcome. This is an insight into my own experience with losing weight. I weighed in at 323 pounds at my highest weight. I was having a lot of problems sleeping, having shortness of breath, aching knees, and constant back pain.

So I created a plan to drop the weight and keep it off permanently because I was determined to make the necessary changes for a number of reasons. Thus, BeyondWeightLoss was created.

Since then, I have gone on to earn certification as a life coach and weight loss accountability coach. I am committed to assisting the person who was once me in making their way to this side of life!

My Mission

Our goal at Beyond weight loss is to enable busy men over 40 to change their lives by losing extra weight and keeping it off permanently. We concentrate on mindset changes, psychology, and the development of healthy habits, drawing from my own 300+ pound history. Our program offers specific strategies, accountability, and unwavering support, all while fitting seamlessly into your busy life. Our ultimate goal is to lead you towards a more vibrant and healthy future by implementing long-term changes rather than band-aid solutions.
